Educational services

The Quintet is committed to reaching audiences of all ages. As part of a program to encourage the appreciation and understanding of a chamber music repertoire that encompasses a multi-cultural approach spanning styles from classical to folk to avant garde, the Quintet has worked with students in extended college residencies (Northwestern University, Austin Peay State University (TN), Hunter College (NYC), families through the Carnegie Hall Neighborhood Concerts, Latin American Cultural Center of Queens concerts, and elementary school children in programs for Lincoln Center Inc., Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, the 92nd Street Y, Midori and Friends, Queens Symphony Orchestra, Foundation Batuta in Colombia, and Young Audiences of Indianapolis, and Chamber Music Northwest.
